The luxurious house is located in Martim Joanes-Cadaval, about 50 minutes from Lisbon Airport.
Located on a quiet place with a view on the mountain, between the vineyards of Quinte do Gradil and a view on Quinta do Gradil winery (7 minutes by car from the center of Cadaval).

RENTAL RATE
RENTAL RATE 4 PERSONS

July-August: 1500 euros / week
April, October, Easter holidays and Christmas: 1000 euros / week
May, June and September: 1200 euros / week
Other periods: 900 euros / week
Weeks always go from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
Arrival after 16:30, departure before 10:00.
INCLUSIVE
+ Use of bed linen, bath and kitchen
+ Consumption of electricity, water, air conditioning (cooling and heating)
+ Final cleaning (70 €) (cleaning + bath linen, bed linen)
+ Heated pool from May to September
EXTRA
* 2 weeks -5% on the second week, 3 weeks -10% on the third week
* extra intermediate cleaning possible on request at 10 euros/ hour
* use only 1 room: - 50 euros
* optional heated pool during the unheated months: + 20 euros a day
Weekends, midweeks or rental for some days is also possible outside the period of July / August. Price upon request.

Take a 3 day option to view and record your flights.
To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the rent,
to pay 3 days after the written confirmation.
The remaining balance and the deposit (400 €) must be paid 8 weeks before the date of departure.
After receipt of full payment, an email will be sent to you with all the information about the villa and its surroundings (tourist sites, shops, restaurants).
If no damage has occurred during the stay, the deposit will be refunded 14 days after departure.
CANCEL
Our experience tells us that taking out travel insurance and personal cancellation is not an unnecessary luxury.
In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following fees are due:
* More than 8 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the rent
* Between 8 and 4 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the rent
* Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of the rent
GOOD FRIENDS
No animals
Smoking is not allowed.
Maximum 4 people.
Respect of the villa and its furniture.
No glasses or bottles around the pool.
The villa is unfortunately difficult for wheelchair users.
