Villa TRIANGLE - ABOUT YOUR HOUSE
The luxurious villa is located in Martim Joanes-Cadaval about 50 minutes from Lisbon Airport. Located on a quiet place with a view on the mountain and between the vineyards of Quinte do Gradil and a view on Quinta do Gradil winery (7 minutes by car from the center of Cadaval).
Everything is brand new. The villa is equipped with an open kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, modern furniture and everything you will need. There is also a private 28 ° heated outdoor pool (depending on the period) with an integrated solar roller shutter. CAUTION: Small children must be constantly monitored around the pool.
In the area there are several sublime sites as well as a beautiful nature, a paradise for surfing, beautiful beaches and good restaurants.

EXTRA
* 2 weeks -5% on the second week, 3 weeks -10% on the third week
* extra intermediate cleaning possible on request at 10 euros/ hour
* use only 1 room: - 50 euros
* optional heated pool during the unheated months: + 30 euros a day
Weekends, midweeks or rental for some days is also possible outside the period of July / August. Price upon request.

Take a 3 day option to view and record your flights.
To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the rent,
to pay 3 days after the written confirmation.
The remaining balance and the deposit (800 €) must be paid 8 weeks before the date of departure.
After receipt of full payment, an email will be sent to you with all the information about the villa and its surroundings (tourist sites, shops, restaurants).
If no damage has occurred during the stay, the deposit will be refunded 14 days after departure.
CANCEL
Our experience tells us that taking out travel insurance and personal cancellation is not an unnecessary luxury.
In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following fees are due:
* More than 8 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the rent
* Between 8 and 4 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the rent
* Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of the rent
GOOD FRIENDS
No animals
Smoking is not allowed.
Maximum 8 people.
Respect of the villa and its furniture.
No glasses or bottles around the pool.
The villa is unfortunately difficult for wheelchair users.
